Photos and drone in one booking.
With a combined package, we photograph your property inside and out and add drone photography. One booking, one point of contact.
Whether it is an apartment or a house, the combined package costs CHF 81 less than booking the shoot and drone photography separately.
The drone shows what you cannot see from the ground: the garden, surroundings and view of a detached house, how a new build sits within its neighbourhood, and how close the lake is in the communities around Lake Zurich. Operator registered with FOCA (BAZL), covered by liability insurance.

Free cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, 50% of the order value is charged.
Invoice after delivery
You only receive the invoice once the images have been delivered. It is payable within 14 days.
Usage rights
Once the invoice has been paid in full, you may use the images for the agreed purposes.
Please make sure the property is accessible and ready for the shoot at the agreed time. Extra work caused by insufficient preparation may be charged. You will find the details in our terms and conditions (in German).

How much does a real estate photographer cost in Zurich?
At VCC Estate, a shoot in the Canton of Zurich costs CHF 390 for an apartment. A house costs CHF 490. Drone photography costs CHF 190 on its own, or you can book it together with the shoot as a combined package. Editing and delivery within 48 hours are included. A travel fee is added to all prices, depending on the property's location. The amount is confirmed before the appointment.

The travel fee depends on the property's location. The amount is confirmed before the appointment, so you know what you will pay before the shoot. VCC Estate works throughout the Canton of Zurich. Properties outside the canton on request.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You receive the invoice after the images have been delivered, payable within 14 days. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
