Detached house
With a house, the garden, the surroundings and the view are often a key selling point. From above, people can see the whole plot and how the house sits on it.
Apartment blocks and new builds
Aerial photos show how a building fits into its neighbourhood and what infrastructure is close by. Information a floor plan alone cannot give.
Commercial property
With commercial property, access roads, parking and location are what count. An aerial photo captures all three in a single image.
Lake Zurich communities
In Küsnacht, Herrliberg or Meilen, lake views and proximity to the lake are often the main selling point. A photo from above shows the property’s position in relation to the lake at a glance, rather than just describing it in the listing text.

Flight on the day
The aerial photos are taken on site. If you wish, we combine them with the interior and exterior shoot.
Delivery
All images edited and print-ready via Google Drive within 48 hours.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Invoice after delivery, payable within 14 days. Details are in the full terms and conditions (in German).
Frequently asked questions about drone photography.
Is drone photography allowed in Zurich?
Yes, within the rules of the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation, FOCA (BAZL). VCC Estate is registered with FOCA as a drone operator and holds liability insurance. All flights are carried out in compliance with the law.

How much does drone photography cost?
Drone photography on its own costs CHF 190. It is cheaper as a combined package with the apartment or house shoot: you pay CHF 81 less than booking separately. All prices in CHF, plus a travel fee depending on the property's location. The amount is confirmed before the appointment.
What happens if it is windy or raining?
Drone flights depend on the weather. If wind or rain rule out a flight, it is rescheduled by agreement.
When will I receive the aerial photos?
Within 48 hours of the shoot. You receive them professionally edited, in high resolution and print-ready via Google Drive. The link is valid for 30 days.
